So I've built an SPR.

The only thing's left I need to purchase for it would be a scope/scope mount/bipod.

I'm going to go with an Atlas Bipod and an Aero Scope mount. However, I can't decide on the scope I want to run. I'm currently trying to decide between the Primary Arms 4-14x44 and a Vortex Diamondback HP 4-16x42.

Help me out a little if any of you have experience with either scope.

The 4-14x PA is really nice. But for you I would up the budget and get a Weaver 2-10x.

Reason being that 4-14x is kind of overkill on an SPR and the glass on the weaver is excellent. You can find then for ~$400

The Vortex Diamondback HP glass will be better than the PA.  A better scope would be the Weaver, above.  Actually, for a non-illuminated scope I'd go with the superb $299 Weaver Grand Slam Tactical 3-10x40mm mil/mil made exclusively for MidwayUSA.  Very accurate, repeatable milrad turrets.  Lighter, too, but ruggedly constructed.  You do not need 14x on a SPR, but do need better glass.

Great feedback. I'm sold. What size Buttler Creek eye cover do I need to get? They carry a 39.4mm cover but scopes eye is 39mm.
