Would this mount be GTG on this Leupold scope? If not any suggestions on what American Defense mount would work. I already have a Leupold Mark AR 3-9 but I don't know if there would be a size difference between the two scopes.

Which scope are you now trying to mount? You probably want the Recon with 1" ring size for the Mark, AR, but the VX-R scopes have a 30mm main tube and need a mount with 30mm rings. If you have a 30mm version mount, you can still use it with a 1" scope by using ring inserts. |

I do agree that you can find that mount from many vendors that will cost you les and ship faster. Shop around. Amazon is your friend, which I think has it for about $162. Be sure to verify that it is the 30mm version before finalizing your order. |
