I know they are good, but.... that good? I see Mil-Quad Reticle. No Mil/Mil. I already got a SS 3-15 X 42. Not HD. No experience with HD. Just in case...I added one to the cart. |

The Mil Quad comes with MIL knobs. Very nice glass on that optic

Because I have one on a Remington 700 Tactical with Seekins rings and # 2 is going on a Larue OBR. |

I'm really eyeing these 5-20x HDs right now with this killer sale, but part of me still wants to hold out for a Mark 6 3-18x. Decisions decisions. |

If I should continue with the cart and I will have two SWFA scopes with one rifle? Do a comparison first and sell the 3-15 non HD although it is still a good scope to me. BTW...what kind of mount do you guys use for the SWFA 5-20 X 50? I have a flat top AR 10. |

On my Larue Tobr I will mount my Nightforce NXS f1 3.5-15x50 using the LT104. The Tobr has no cant on the top rail. I like their quick detach versions because they return to zero so well. |

If it will help u any, aside from the fact that the glass is high end, the scope has 100+ moa of elevation adjustment. You can make some long ass shots without a canted mount. |

Ive got both and honestly I think the glass is too close to call which is better. Unless you have to have the low end of 3x and the lighter smaller package you really aren't giving anything up. I prefer the turrets better on the SS 5-20 as well. |

Considering I am still a noob on long range shoot......300 yds. which does not need any special mounts. I have a lot more to learn on real longer shoots like 600 and above for NRA competition. Going higher would require cants/incline. And learning more on precision shooting over at the threads and forums at Precision Rifles. Lots to learn......lots to learn. |
