I have a couple NF products and I'm thinking of getting another for my .308 remington 700.

Has anyone had experience with this? http://nightforceoptics.com/nxs/3-5-15x50-nxs-riflescope/

Looking to get the MOAR reticle.

Any advice, pros, cons?

Please and thank you!

I have experience with the NF MOAR reticle, and can tell you that it's my favorite precision/distance reticle out there.

As for the quality of NF optics in general, well, that verdict has long been out now.

I have the 5.5-22x50mm MOAR on my .308 bolt-action. Very solid optic with a very good reticle. The NXS line is known for its durability. An F1 would be a solid choice as well. Hard to go wrong with NF, buy with confidence.

I am interested as well but have a question. If I am planning on staying inside of 1k yards which magnification or will it matter that much?

personal preference. if you just need hits on man sized targets, people do it all day with 10x on up, if you are bullseye shooting groups at a grand, go big

3.5-15 is good for that distance.

I'd personally be looking at their F1 options, but thats me.

I also personally went from a Nightforce Army spec F1 3.5-15 and went to a MK6 3-18 and found the MK6 to be a little better for the money assuming you are comparing FFP options....but the Nightforce scopes are top notch no doubt.
