Brunton Externa and Echo scopes seem to be on sale from a few vendors. The discounts are up to 80% on scopes listing from $500 to $1100.
I can't find many reviews. Anyone have experience with them? |

They may or may not be the best thing since sliced bread. I was very tempted (and I mean very tempted) to buy one as the prices are great. I called Brunton to ask about them, any problems, warranty, etc. What I was told and what convinced me not to buy was that I was told in the next few weeks Brunton is getting out of the optics business. While they give a "lifetime" warranty, when they run out of replacements that they have on hand that is it. They had no plan in place on how to handle any issues after that.
