looking for a good quality milspec carry handle rear sight, are there any good sources for used ones?

Equipment exchange. I see colt carry handles for cheap all the time

If you look at the upper right side of the page you'll see an orange tab labeled "Equipment Exchange"
You can look for handles for sale, and post a "wanted" ad.

I recommend staying well away from Ebay. Most of that is beat up old surplus or Chinese made junk, often air soft junk.

I know you said you wanted a used one but with the thing being so cheap are you sure you want to go used or go with one that you know is proven to work?

I'm sure brownells have some of the cheaper ones for less than that.

PSA has them for 79.99 but they go on sale my last one was $59.99.

I see used Colt LE take offs for $25 to $27 shipped from time to time.
