[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Aimpoint Screw-In Magnifier?

I just got in an older Aimpoint Comp ML2-2x, and I noticed that it has threads on both ends of the sight. Had a couple questions:

1. Did Aimpoint make an ARD that fit the larger objective end of the magnified sights?

2. Did Aimpoint ever make a screw in magnifier for the eyepiece?

I've found that Lucid makes a screw in magnifier for their red dot sights, does anyone know if they use the same thread pattern as Aimpoint? At the very least, will an Aimpoint ARD work on a lucid sight, or vice versa?

I am a Lucid believer. Great products and accessories at affordable prices. But, that screw in magnifier, honestly, greatly reduces field of view and is dim. Not a fault of Lucid. That is what screw in magnifiers do. I doubt one made for an Aimpoint would be any better. The optical engineering obstacles would be universal.

On the other hand, Lucid's screw in kill flash for the HD7 is excellent.
