I your AR is shooting high which way do you adjust the
front sight
to move sight to bullet impact point.

If you are shooting high, you want to raise the front sight. That causes you to lower the front of the rifle, bringing your shots down.

I'll add that 1 revolution is about 5 MOA, IIRC. More if you have a carbine or shorter sight radius.
