I was wondering if anyone might have a clue what rifle this came off of.

It's been well used, but seems to be made well.

On the elevation knob it only has 5/3  z  4  5

The back of the aperture has 0 2 marked on it.

I zoomed in on the first picture...looks like 6/3.
The rest of the markings and condition of the thing seems to be generic, military spec M4 carry handle...unknown if made for Colt or FN.

I am sure someone else can add further.

No way to know for sure.  Just that it was made at the Anchor Harvey forge.  Final machining could have been done by anyone.

looks like 6/3 to me also (never seen a 5/3 sight)

could be anything....
