Focus on a scope - specifically an SWFA 3-9.  This scope like my leupy vxII's focuses by turning the rear eyepiece in or out until the crosshairs work for you.  Check!  Are they stopped somehow so you don't thread the eyepiece off of the end of the scope?  If you do undo it to far - does that break the seal on the thing?  I've never actually unscrewed one far enough to hit any kind of a stop  - I've always wondered if there was an 'oops, too far' point.

Thanks,  I wish they'd put that kind of information in the manuals.

I had to back off the SFWA focus about 1/4" to get the crosshairs to come in.
