new to aimpoint reddot, recieved my aimpoint pro today the dot is not soild it almost looks like a small round spider web , this cant be right.

1. Try turning the brightness down.
2. Don't focus on the dot, focus on the distant target.
3. If you have an astigmatism, you're out of luck.

Mine also looks huge, if you look at it in your BUIS the dot will get alot smaller and not spider web as much. For target shooting I keep the rear iron sight up, the larger dot will work fine in a shtf situation.
