Have there been any? Does it stay tight, or loosen up/wear in and require further adjustment after initially set? How is RTZ? Is it solid?

Well, it's made by Bobro I believe. So I would say it's good to go.
I've got one and I've never had to fiddle with it. Haven't taken it off though.

It is not a Bobro like any other I've seen. I had heard GDI. I don't know.

Return to zero is always 1-2 MOA for me, mount is solid and the lever locks in the closed position nice and tight

It is adjustable for tension so if in the future it has loosened (Not heard of it doing that) as easy fix
Some rails, however, are slightly off dimension and having the ability to tighten or loosen is a good thing

I've had mine for a few years not problems with RTZ or the mount needing adjustment after you initially set it up.

No issues with mine - returns to zero on my RRA upper, returns to within 1 MOA on my DPMS upper. It's dedicated to the DPMS upper now, so I don't worry about removal and reattachment.
