I was thinking about adding a ACOG sight to my 6920, but I may just wait for the VCOG instead.  Anyone have comments or opinions regarding this sight?  Or has anyone actually had the opportunity to try one of these out, and if so what do you think?  I certainly like the versatility.

I might be interested in one of those for a 16inch gun.

Looks neat.  Not sure if I even want to know MSRP

MSRP is just north of 2K. I handled several at the NRA convention. Housing is built like a tank. Horseshoe and segmented circle reticles are available. No fiber optic or tritium illumination. Illumination is powered by 1 AA batery. The glass is very clear. Illumination did not appear to be daytime visible (hard to tell indoors) but was definitely not as bright as the Leupold Mk6s that were a few aisles over.

Looks like a somewhat ruggedized Accupoint, with a battery?

It's heavier than my Elcan w/o the battery

North of 2k... well that was a short lived fantasy I guess.  I'll just stick with an ACOG that I'm sure will make me very happy.  Use the extra cash for more rounds.
