[ARCHIVED THREAD] - EOTECH availability

I have had an EXPS3-4 on backorder for about a month now. I talked to the customer service for the company I ordered it from and they said that EOTECH is in the process of fulfilling a large military order for 150K units and that commercial shipments won't begin again until the end of June. Anyone else heard of this ?

I ordered the HHS I system with the 3-4 and magnifier from lapolicegear back in January. The last update I received from them said don't expect anything until the fall.

I ordered a 553 for my block II build from Quantico Tactical last Sunday using their 15% off code for Memorial. It shipped on Tuesday and is scheduled for delivery tomorrow.

Besides the EXPS3-4 that is on backorder from LA police gear, I have an EXPS3-2 on the way from another dealer. My guess is that if you are lucky to find a dealer with stock on the shelves, it gets sent out right away. If they don't have it. You have a long wait coming.

I heard this last January that a huge majority of certain models were not going to be available until the Fall.

My local cabelas has a lot in stock. They put 1 on hold for me to pick up saturday.
