Is there any concern about one besides the look?

It's a Larue so you know it holds up. The pictures above show you plenty as far as looks. From using one I will say there are just a few things I would note.

1.  Do not use this mount if you plan on using an X300 or similar at your 12:00 position of your rail (if even using a rail). It will block a good third of your sight picture.

2.  I would not use one without folding sights, atleast a rear folder. Makes the sight picture really cluttered with a fixed rear.

2.  Do not try to use one without folding sights.

Other than those two points, they are great.

I've used T1's with a fsb and have had no problems.  Not sure why you say it's an issue.

I don't mind a T1 in a Larue 660 mount with a fixed fsb. But it really clutters up my sight picture with the 751. That's just my opinion. I just don't like it sitting that low with fixed sights. My eyes tend to fixate on the iron sight and not the target/dot.

ETA: I think I changed my original post while you were typing yours.

Get the LT-660. You won't be sorry. If you don't like it, sell on EE for 95% of what you paid.

Ideal use is with folding iron sights. It will work with a X300 Ultra if you use a Mossie Tactics lowering mount. I can't see the light housing at all through the optic.
