[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Scope suggestions

I'm looking to start shooting longer ranges from 100-300 yards. Can anyone suggest a nice scope for that without spending a small fortune? I dont know much about scopes so i'm not sure what i'm looking at. I seen a few on primaryarms but i wasnt sure which one would be well suited

Thats a nice looking scope. Are any of the ones from primary arms any decent for the price?

Nikon ProStaff 4-12x40 mildot reticle from Midway, on sale until 8/31 for $179. Excellent scope!
