Is there any advantage to the larger Aimpoints (CompM3, CompM4, PRO, ect) to the micro besides battery life and submersion rating.  Is the parallax any different?

The 1x red dot sights don't have any parallax concerns to worry about.

No.

The only advantage of the larger models compared to the Micro (besides battery life on the M4) is an extra 5mm of wiggle room for the eye when shooting from unusual positions. That said, having used the larger Aimpoints for a few years then switching to the Micros five years ago, I have honestly not noticed any tangible difference from unusual positions. Plus, I use them so little that it's not really a factor for me anyway.

Yea I've used a lot of EOTechs and I have run the Aimpoint PRO for awhile and they do get a little parallax up at 15m and less so i just didn't know if it were worse with the micro
