Anyone use these? Thoughts or opinions? I like the idea of it. Just wondering how easy it is to see without magnification.

I was able to play with one last Sunday.  Didn't shoot it to confirm the calibration but I liked the concept.  To me it fits into the niche between 0-100yrs where I like the Aimpoint 2 or 4 moa dots and a 200+ where I like at least 4x magnification.

The BDC models are made to use with a magnifier. But, you can make out the -2 reticle dot without magnification but I have no use for that reticle since it's missing the 400Y and 600Y BDC dots of the 557/EXPS 3-4 reticle.

That's good to know since I do use a magnifier. Guess it looks like a little blob without it?

After trying one out, it's clutter to me.  But I also have no where past 100 yards to shoot.

I have one, it works fine for my needs.
IMHO all EoTechs reticules are full of clutter, I don't see how another tiny dot is gonna shift my world.

I prefer the Aimpoints. YMMV.

You only really need to 2 dot model if you intend to do a lot of shooting at further ranges, like said before, usually with a magnifier.  Once you have some range time in its easy to transition to the second dot and send some lead further down range with that holdover.  I prefer the 1 dot and 65 circle.  I keep the brightness down though and absolutely love it.  A 1 moa dot is nice to be as precise as possible and keep tighter groupings, but teh brightness needs to be down so you down get too "blurry"

Glad you posted, I was looking at the OPMOD and had a question, the only thing different on it is the NV is disabled correct?

Oh and does anyone have a pic of the reticle without being magnified?

I have the 2-2 and its very easy to tell the difference in them sithout a magnifier.

The first dot is set to 50M thisgives the bottom dot a 500M zero as well
