I tried out a cheap copy of one of c-more products.  Of course it didn't co-witness the same but the sight was basically the same.  I found it no faster than a standard 30mm lens red dot.  With rifle slung in front of me I would start the Pact Timer.  On signal I would raise the rifle and shoot one shot at a 4 inch wide steel swinging target located 25 meters away.  I went from smallest lens sight to largest then back again.  Shooting each around 10 times each to get an idea of the average time for each.
I compared the copy with a 30mm red dot, 42mm red dot, 2x42mm red dot, 50mm red dot, and a Burris Fastfire.  The 50mm was the only one that was significantly faster.  The Fast Fire was significantly smaller without being significantly slower.
I'd like to get a Eotech to compare because I suspect it would be the equal of the 50mm red dot for speed.
I also need to redo the tests and run a T1 size copy but suspect it would be similar to the 30mm but maybe a little slower.
Fastest times with the 50mm can red dot was .5 seconds faster than average of anything else I tried.
The C-more style lens has a slight advantage as to target identification in that you can make out something in the shadows in darker time of day better than a standard tube type red dot.

I suspect they are a decent product.
I see no reason not to go with the low pricepoint Aimpoint PRO even if it is a few dollars more.  YMMV

I have their tactical sight with rear irons, and it's a pretty neat sight. It is a pain in the ass to zero since you use hex keys to loosen the lock nuts on the windage/elevation, and then a very narrow flat head screwdriver to adjust windage/elevation..

You will want to get the 2MOA module for it too, the 8MOA it comes with is a bit much. You can't really beat it for field of view either, since it does not have a tube like most red dots do. Some criticisms include durability of the glass, at least for the polymer version, as well as feedback from the module being a bit bright if you are downrange. It also takes a watch battery that needs hex wrench to replace too.

I have the aluminum version that FN included with their long guns a couple years ago. It weighs a couple ounces more than the poly version, but holds zero much better. I'm running it on my 11.5" SBR with ARMS flip up back up sights for a true co witness. I like it, but my buddies with Aimpoints constantly give me shit. I wish it had better battery life. Nothing can touch the AP's in that regard.

Don't waste your money. Get an Aimpoint. The miltary doesn't use the c-mores. That's a clue.

I have a PRO. But I like the slimmer/smaller/lighter design for something maybe like home protection.

In 2005, just before I deployed to Iraq for the second time, our company replaced all the ACOGs on our SDM rifles with a 1-4x C-More scope. Apparently they don't make it anymore, because it was hands down the worst optic I've ever experienced. It had fogged so badly in the first month that there were large, visible droplets of water on all the lenses. This problem was consistent with all the scopes on our designated marksman rifles for our whole company.  Also, it didn't hold zero for squat. We got rid of them when we swapped out our m4 rifles for m14s with Leopold scopes.

I just picked up a C-More 1-5x24 scope that is amazing.  It is made with Swarovski glass that is the best I have seen.  Not sure if they make it any more but I am more than happy with it.
