Anyone with experience? Pro's or con's from someone that has one.

I have one and love it. I first bought a low cost Vortex red dot. Zeroed it and shot about 500rnds with it. Then stepped up and got the PRO for just under $400 including shipping from www.azarmament.com . Took it to the range with 500 rnds, zeroed it, and had a blast. Hardest part for me is shooting with both eyes open. Now I am putting nice groups together at almost any distance. I did not shoot any EO Tech products yet. You shoudl shoot both if possible. Some people are Ampoint, some are EO Tech. Kinda like Ford and Chevy. Your gonna like it notter what !

Do some searching...haven't hear a bad comment about it yet.  It's rugged, reliable, great battery life, great warranty.  What else do you want?

Have one and love it.  Replaced a ML2 with the pro because of the longer battery life.

Yeah, I just don't get that one.  Not real sure what a plain ol 3x amplifier would cost more than the red dot sight.  Of course I don't make them either :)

shoot an email to Marshall at Primary Arms.  I bet his magnifiers will work with an Aimpoint.

Hello all....got my aimpoint PRO today and the question I have is does the dot supposed to look like a dot or sort of a star?it looks round at the brightest 2 settings, but when I go lower, it does not look like a dot that I have seen in all of the reviews on youtube or where ever.  It is my first red dot so excuse my ignorance.  I am really excited to finally have it, but I want to make sure it is ok.

If it looks like a star there are two possibilities. One you have the brightness up too high, or two, the most likely, you have an issue with your eyes such as an astigmatism that causes it to look like that.

Try not to focus on the red dot, instead focus on your target with both eyes open
And the dot will come into play

Mine flares a bit at the highest setting but looks like a dot to me.

Mine looks like a zombie, what could that be

As someone stated, focus on your target instead of the dot.  Make sure it is not too bright, or you do have astigmatism...

ok, I am a newbie here and I bought a colt 6920 a few months ago. I am looking at getting a 22 dedicated upper but the one I am looking at doesnt have any sights on it. So I would need to buy some iron sights or an optic. I am looking at the MAGPUL MBUS Gen 2 Flip Up Sights which are around $90, should I just upgrade to the Aimpoint or something like that. Thoughts?

Take it outside and turn the brightness down.  Mine looks a bit like a blob when it's turned up really bright and it's indoors or a darker environment.  You don't need it turned up very bright when outside.
