Ive narrowed my choices down to a TA-01 or a TA-33 for my next AR build. Does the front site post remain visible looking through either of these ACOGs?

Not enough to care about.  I had a TA-31a and I never noticed it.

You see a blur with the TA-33, you really can't see it at all with the TA-31.

There's a bit of a FSB shadow with a TA33 on a rifle-length gas system IMO, practically none on carbine-length guns.

I got a TA31F, and I only see a blur IF I look for it.

The same with the TA01NSN I had.

TA31F here as well.   On a rifle length system, you will notice the front sight as a blur if you are looking for it.   Its barely noticeable on a carbine length system

This.  I have a TA33 on a 16" carbine and unless you specifically look for it, the tiny amount of blurring is almost unnoticeable.

I notice the FSP less with a TA33 on a midlength than I did a TA31 on a carbine.  No issue in either case.
