The rear sight attaches to the rail at the rear of the upper receiver. Basically it attaches to the top of the receiver above the charging handle.
If you google pics of AR-15s you'll see MANY pics. You could google the term "rear buis" and you'll get many examples. BUIS = Back Up Iron Sight. |
Would you believe I could not find anything less than $ 60. The reason I want something so cheap is the guy who bought the gun is going to put some nice optics later. A back Iron site should not be more than $ 25 dollars. At least I know who is making money in this economy and i am in the construction biz and it isnt us.![]() |
