So I recently purchased a very nice used Aimpoint M2 from my local gunshop for $250.00. I've taken it out several times and it works great, etc, etc, one bright day I noticed that the rear lense is a little scratched up to the point it looks foggy, so I call Aimpoint.....I Give the rep my serial number, then the guy goes "Does it say Swedan on your Optic!" I said it did. He replied that it was a U'S. Government issued Comp M2 and since it is he couldn't help me with my issue. Damn, they were gonna replace the rear lense for me for nothing! So here is the million dollar question... I called the gun shop and told the ower he sold me an aimpoint which was brought back from Iraq most likely illegally and I wanted my money back. He refused and now I'm stuck with this nice Comp M2 but the rear lense is lightly scratched/foggy looking. Suggestions on what I should do??? Is there a solution I could use to clear up that rear lense or should I get on this guys ass about selling a possible  "hot" item. Bear in mind the Aimpoint Rep didn't tell me to surrender it, it was just he couldn't work on it because it was a military contract item made out of country. BTW : Yes it is 100% real

Me, I'd tell your seller to give you your money back or the next call you make would be to the FBI.  After he gives you your money back, call the feds.
