Anyone use these for zeroing? I am having trouble zeroing since I have no way to balance the gun. Plus I am new.

I use one just to get the scope closer to where I want it then dial it in with groups

Get a sand bag to balance the gun. Or range bag filled with shit

A bore sight will not get you sighted in. It will get you on paper but you will still have to shoot it.

It really only works well if you have a gun vise to hold the rifle firm and steady while you make reticle adjustments.  You simply adjust the reticle to the laser spot + maybe 1" high.  It usually gets me withing a few inches of being right on when can actually get to the range to do some live fire to finish zeroing.
