I had the Gen 2 MBUS, and they barely cleared my EOTech Magnifier when using the 7mm raised base so it would be the same height as my EXPS3-0. Since your using a regular XPS, you won't use the riser for your magnifier, and in effect, I'm not sure if it would fit; if it did, the magnifier would be resting on the rear MBUS.
I switched to Troy BUIS, and even then, it seems without the 7mm spacer on the magnifier, it would be a very close fit with the Troys......
