Hey guys,
 My brother has a heavy 16" CAR barrel, I want to add a flip up front sight.  What do you guys suggest?  He's on a budget, so the cheaper the better, without compromising quality.  I'm thinking either a railed gas block with flip up front (maybe a Troy), or a bolt on flip assembly.  Feel free to post pics or just leave a suggestion.

Barrel profiles are pretty diverse, we'll need the outer diameter and it's method of attachment.
