Is the ARMS #17 compatible with the ARMS #22M68 spacer when mounting an Aimpoint ML3?

It forms the base of the Aimpoint mounting rings.

I left out a key word in my question, "spacer". I was trying to ask if it was compatible with the 22M68 SPACER, but i'm a dumbass

yes I use the AR.MS 22M68 Extension, on a 17
