Hey guys I have a PA m3 multi (2 moa dot) and really want to add a 3x magnifier to it so I can hit up the 100 and 200 yard range, and take it coyote hunting.
I only have one rifle so I was wondering if this was decent for shooting distance. I'm not expecting 1" groups or anything like that, but I was wondering if I could maybe stay within a lethal grouping with about 10 shots or so. And if it would be good for taking it out for yote killing. Any pics of groupings or setups? Anybody ever get any kills with it? Anything I should know? |
I dont know how much this helps but last summer I was trying to see if a vortex strikefire could stand up to a 458 socom so somewhere over the course of 500 rounds I decided to post a deer target at 100 yds and shoot standing off hand . I fired 3 magazines , 30 shots and this is the result . I know shooting off the bench with the 2 power magnifier I could of done much better , the strikefire has a 4 moa dot so I dont see any reason you ccant shoot tighter with a 2 moa dot and magnifier.
