| I recently purchased a used Trijicon Acog. In low light the crosshairs do not appear to illuminate. I was under the impression that all acogs were tritium, or is this not the case? This acog has no markings except Jn3:18 I belive. |

No markings at all accept John 3:18? Correct me if I’m wrong but I was under the impression that the bible verses had to do with light. I don’t see how John 3:18 has anything to do with light.

Quoted: John 8 12 I believe is the correct verse, as seen in the pics of the real ACOG, right after SN# But I have been known to be wrong :P The verse varies by model. It's at the end of the Model Number, not the Serial Number. The Serial Number is not visible in the pics above. |

Quoted: on the left side the model number says: ACOG4x32JN8:12 then it says made in the usa. I have been trying to help you, i asked you a few questions so that I can help that you ignored. I will try one more time. Are you saying that this is all that it says, no other markings??? I'm not positive you have a real one by your description. First you said it only had the verse, then it had more. I'm confused. Post pictures so we can see what you have. Or go to the Trijicon website and figure out which ACOG you have, and that it is a real one. http://www.trijicon.com/user/parts/parts_new.cfm?categoryID=3 Does it have a serial number? Call Trijicon, give them the serial number. They can tell you when it was made. The tritium can be replaced.
