Anyone own one of these? Would they be on par with a NC Star or a Barska. Just looking for a cheap scope for the time being.

I have a Vector "Templar" 1x4. It is a little on the heavy side but is built like a tank and has worked awesome so far. Holds zero and battery life is sufficient.

I also believe they are a step up from Barska, NC Star and the like.

How is the glass, does it have that blue tint to it?

The glass is acceptable for price point. IT has a very slight tint to it, meaning you can see a difference when sighted next to an Accupoint for instance. I guess you could call the tint "blue". My scope isnt tinted much though.
