Hey guys im looking for a EOTech 3x magnifier and iv found this one but im afraid because its a little cheeper its a fake.

I want to think it's the older 3x they had, and this being the new. I could be wrong though. I thought they made a 4x magnifier too at one point, but I could be wrong there as well.

That is the discontinued model. That's why it's a good value. Make sure they have it on hand before buying.
