I am still building up my SHTF AR.  I am debating between which aimpoint to buy.  Either the ML3, ML2 or H1...any recommendations?  I am currently running an eotech XPS on one of my ARs but I was going to give aimpoint a shot, especially for the added reliability and extended battery life...

Also, if i become a LEO i will keep it in my patrol car

which MOA size should i go with for the ML2 or ML3?

Out of those, the H1 for weight savings over the full-size optics and battery life equal to the ML3.

The M4 and M4s run for 80,000 hours and use a AA, but they're also heavier than the Micros and cost quite a bit more.

If it's going on a plain flattop, the LT-660 gives lower 1/3 cowitness and the LT-751 gives absolute.

I was in the same debate this week. I settled for the ML3 for the reason more so of price and bang for the buck.
The MIcro's look very nice, and light, but without being able to play with one first, I think it would end up being too on the small side for me.
The M4 is pricey for battery life jump and the M2 I didnt do because I figured a 4MOA dot was a little on the big side.
