I've got a S&W MP15, standard 16" barrel. I'm trying to decide on an optic for it. I don't think I'll have any shots out past 200 with it. Mainly a truck/coyote/ little action shooting at a local range gun. Here a couple that I've been looking at and my concerns.

Strikefire,  not sure about the 4 moa and absolute cowitness. I think the dot maybe too big.

Sparc, I like the smaller dot and lower 3rd cowitness but I may want some magnifacation.

Nikon M-223, like the magnifacation. Worried about my FSB being in the way, although I could change it. Would kind of like a illuminated reticle. How would it do for close up, both eyes open speed shooting?

I'd like to keep it below 250 for now. I know I won't be getting a battle ready do all optic for that price but that's my current budget.  Any opinions?

The SPARC is a great budget optic.  I have one my a Ruger 10/22 and it works great.
