I just removed my ADM AD-Recon mount and noticed that one of the levers has a long thin gouge where the lever meets the plate to hold to the upper. (please see below). I don't know if it came this way, or if I did it. I can only guess that it came about when the lever was closed, it likely was pushed down at the same time and the upper cut into it. There are no marks on my upper. ????
Will this cause any issues? It has seemed to hold rock solid. Of course, I don't want any minute movements throwing off accuracy. Accuracy has been .80-2" depending on ammo. It has been relatively consistant. I left a message at ADM on Friday, and I'm waiting to hear from them. What say you?

I e-mailed and even stated that it was likely my fault. No questions asked other than for my address. Shipped it to me quick too! Can't ask for more.
