Going to the indoor range tomorrow to shoot some pistol.  Was going to bring my AR which I recently added a scope to.

If I sight in the optic (6-18x power) at 25 yards, what should my POA be if I want to be dead on at 100 yards?

Thanks

Ok, so it tells the OP that AR15 sights are 2.6" above the bore.

With 55 grain ammo, you are going to be 6.3" high at 100 yards if you are "spot-on" at 25 yards so from that calculation you can do the math and make the corrections at 25 yds.

That may be easier for a un- experienced person to understand.
