I am thinking about purchasing an AimPoint H-1, but the concern I have is that I had a Comp 3C 4MOA for several years and The dot was not round and it had some flaring which I did not like. I was told by AimPoint that I probably had a vision problem, but I have looked through some clones that the dot was actually better than my Comp 3C. Question / Does the Aimpoint H-1 have a clear round dot or is it basicly like the Comp C3 i finally sold.

I have never looked through any cheap stuff, but I do have a slight astigmatism and every EOTech or Aimpoint I have looked through has had a slight oblongation with the dot. I have just learned to ignore it, and if used correctly with both eyes open, focusing on the target, it's barely noticeable.

I've got two H-1s and the dots appear circular to me. I did mount a magnifier behind one once and the dot was slightly elongated. I didn't like it a bit and ended up changing my mind on the magnifier thing entirely.

I don't think so. Certainly isn't round to me. H-1's and T-1's.

I have H1s T1s and Primary Arms Microdots.

The Primary Arms is the only one that looks round to me.
