I bought this REFLEX Probably about 8 yrs ago.
Your money would be better spent on an Aimpoint or EOTech. On nice sunny days at the range without direct sunlight the dot is crisp and clear and easy to use. My Relfex washes out quite easily though in bright light and in total darkness is very DIM at this point. I just went down to my dark basement before responding to this to be sure I was remembering correctly. In my dark basement with only light cascading in from street lights the dot si too dim to grab your eye and if I bring the sight into the soft light coming in thru the windows the dot completely disappears. |

What he said. ....And, as I posted about last week, Trijicon told me that their charge to service my (ten year old) Reflex's tritium was "nearly the cost of a new unit". So, I will probably remove it from service, or put it on an old deer rifle. That being said, they aren't completely worthless. |
