Hey Guys I don't know jack about Elcan's but I think this is a replica though I would like some input from someone who knows, as I can get this pretty cheap if its real.
It has red and green illuminated reticle.

Is this a real Elcan.

That should have been the dead giveaway. Fake.

Thanks guys I thought it was a replica/fake but I wasn't a 100% certain as I don't know much about Elcan. I was pretty certain after seeing the first picture though, for as I understand it real Elcans have their name and model number on the side.

Thanks for the quick responses though.

Although I have one personally, I wouldn't buy one again.

Waaayyyyy too heavy for a rifle. Would be cool to put one on an Ohio Ordnance M240, though.

IIRC, they were $700 or $800 back in '91 2001. They were using tritium illumination at the time.
