Is the trijicon accupoint parallax free at 1x? Can you leave both eyes open as you can with a RDS?

No. No magnified optic, even when set to 1x, is completely parallax free.
However, if it's a triangle-reticle Accupoint with BAC, then you can leave both eyes open at 1x (it might take a slight learning curve, but it's decently easy).
