[ARCHIVED THREAD] - red dot scope riser

I am looking for a QD scope mount that raises my red dot up about half an inch.The red dot scope that i have just mounts on the flat top and is not high enough for me. All the scope mounts/risers only go as low as 3/4" Anyone know of where i can find one? thanks

Is iit a red dot that just needs a single 30mm mounting surface? A picture of what you have might help.

i could mount it with a 30mm clamp mount but would not be able to use flip up covers. It is just a cheap Truglo red dot. Does the job for now while i save money for a good red dot. I will try to get a pic
