I am looking to buy some quick detach rings for my ar for use during hunting season.  I have heard that these rings work well and return to zero if you take the scope off the rifle.  What are the best brands/best quality rings out there?  I haven't picked a scope yet so that isn't an option.  I want to get quality so price isn't much of a concern, unless I can buy another upper for the cost of the rings.

I may be swaping out the sights on my carry rifle and add a scope for hunting so that's why I'm thinking of a quick detach scope.   A search didn't find anything for me.

Thanks in advance.

ADM, Bobro, LaRue are your best bets.

Those rings are designed for a bolt gun, if I'm not mistaken.  I would think they would be far too low for use on an AR.  I would think the LT-104 would be the correct option.

They are low, not too low, but low enough that only the KAC 300 rear BUIS fits.

Thanks guys.  I'll have to work some OT to afford the mount but I like to buy quality once and not regret spending the extra money.  They will get some of my business in the near future.
