Ok guys, I finally have bought a Burris FF for my rifle, and now need a low-profile BUIS.  I am leaning towards a KAC 300 meter sight, or maybe a GG&G MAD.  Both are low profile, and not overkill for my needs.  Is there another low-profile BUIS that I might have a look at?  I am looking for ideas that will fold completely down and out of the way.

What about Midwest Industries low profile BUIS?  Or Troy (supposedly the King of BUIS)?

Just an opinion from a personal experience: I got a couple of Midwest Industry folding rear BUIS, but decided to drink Troy cool aid based on what I've read around here.  Well, maybe Troy is a bit better, but in retrospect, I should have saved my $$$ and stuck with the Midwest Industries BUIS.  Some people advised me to stay with the MI, but I ignored them and went ahead to spend $300+ on a couple of Troys.  Troy BUIS is a very good one, but the Midwest Industry BUIS that I had were very good also and cheaper.

YMMV

Good suggestion.  I like MI stuff and just might take your advice.
