| Ok, well i'm looking at optics and of course i've already looked at the Aimpoint and EOTech. Seems to be a battle among those two on this website for optic superiority. I came across a Trijicon Reflex II in my gun shop buddy's toy chest. As a matter of fact he had 4 of his AR's outfitted with the Reflex along with a few EOTechs and Aimpoints. He stated he loves them. Either he's apparently the only one that loves them or he's the only one thats dealt with them because I havent heard anyone talk about it. So he put one on my rail and let me take a looksey. Awesome field of view, red dot is bright enough "inside that is...", appearance subtracts a few coolness points (IMHO). Anyone actually used one and have any input to offer on it? |
| I run one on my patrol rifle. It rides around in the trunk and never looses zero. No batteries to ru out. bright as shit during the day, self adjusting, bright at night. All around i'm happy with it. Had an EOtech on my old SWAT gun and the batteries exploded on me during an entry. Gun was riding in the passenger seat when it was 28 degrees outside. after the temp change over a period of 10 minutes, the batteries exploded....... |
