What's already been said. Figure out if you want a fixed or a flip up BUIS.
If you're not going to get an optic I'd definitely go fixed. If so it's probably more popular with flip up btu either will work. I'm running a LaRue fixed BUIS behind an Aimpoint CompML2 at 1/3 lower cowitness. |
| If your not going to put an optic on it, stay with the carry handle sight. When I went to mount eotech on mine, I looked at all the options to get it up there with a BUIS and found no room w/o going to a railed handguard. I didn't want to bolt a bunch of stuff on it. I took a chance on the RRA Dominator 2 eotech mount with the A2 sight. This thing is perfect. you can use to optic or the irons on there as well. Got mine new on gunbroker for 140 delivered. |
