Optics Planet just sent me a tracking number of my new Eotech Gen II 3X magnifier that they shipped yesterday, it had been on back order since I first ordered it early in May.

Will be looking forward to trying this out with my Eotech 512 sight!

Coolio. I inspected a model last week and it looks nice, especially the new internal adjustments.
You have a 512 (non-riser model) so are you going to have problems with vertical alignment? This was a problem with the previous magnifier models so you needed a YHM EOTech riser to compensate.

From what I understand, it comes with a riser if you need it.

it does come with the riser and the mount is made by samson

Hey Skypup! Nice to see a fellow Sig 556 owner hanging out in the arfcom forum. I got the 512 on my Sig also. Let us know how the new magnifier works out for you.

Using the 512 and the Gen II 3X magnifier and the Sampson Flip to Side mount, you do not need a riser.

The new Gen II 3X magnifier also features internal reticle centering.

All in all a very very nice rig!!
