I recently picked up a Matech buis for my 20" and the windage adjustment is pretty much impossible to operate. When I got back from the range, I used a screw driver to walk to back and forth maybe 4 times, and still I cannot operate the windage knob. Any suggestions?

There are two holes on the elevation knob, one on the outside, and one on the side.  These are oil holes.

If you haven't already, you might want to try some oil to loosen things up.

You have the mount screw too tight.   Back off a turn until you free your windage knob.
