Whats the low down on the c more optics?  Good for the $ or junk? I found a used one for $125.00  and it looks good.  There is like 7 or 8 new batteries with it too.  Its the CTAC model. Thanks for your input.

VERY popular among competition pistol shooters...not sure why, probably because they don't weigh much. from my experience, they arent very robust nor do the match the battery life of eotech or aimpoint. I would spend more and get a aimpoint micro

I'll sell you a EOtech for $125....I'll sell you an Aimpoint T1 for $199..... I got this great ACOG LNIB $75.......

You are buying a $390 CTAC with 7 or 8 $4.00 batteries for $125.00....think it over.  Its a clone, or it's broken.  The worst thing about a CTAC is you may not realize its broken till you try to use it.  The optical and electrical system are so beefed up, that simply turning it on will tell you nothing.  It will always turn on.  It's when you start firing where you find the dot is floating all over the place. This is due to a failure of the CTAC 's plastic housing.  It was made for weight and not rugged abuse, (normal wear and tear are ok).

All is not lost, since by now you have bought it. I hope its just a broke housing.  Call C-more.  Tell them you want to up-grade your CTAC to an ATAC.  It cost $140 + shipping, and you get a NIB ATAC ($500 optic).  ATACs are strong as all hell and can take a shit load of abuse.
