[ARCHIVED THREAD] - How to fix this?

I have the new Burris pepr single piece mount (30mm) and it is too wide for my scope (Accushot SCP3-M3124AOMD=A 3-12x44) by about 1/8 inch. Otherwise it looks to fit perfect on the flattop and clear my folding rear site.
1. Sell/trade scope for different one

2. Get different mount/riser device

3. Dremmel off the offnding part and paint to match

Ideas? Thanks

if it were me, i'd probably go with option #1, get a different optic.

+1 I just don't know if I could trust a Leapers scope. I have the Burris PEPR with the XTR14.

I can't afford that kind of money. Anyone have an opinion on BSA in general or this scope specifically?
