Aimpoint or Eotech red dots are typically the most recommend around here. Is the .22lr going to be your SHTF weapon system? If not, you can find some knockoffs of Aimpoints and Eotechs for your dollar range. .22LR for SHTF and Aimpoint or EOTech as recommended RDS for such a weapon??

| I assume you are using the .22lr as practice and have a .223 for shtf. I also have this set up. I use the same scope that I have on my .223 which in my case is a Leupold CQ/T. It is on a quick release mount and I swap it from gun to gun. I have written the adjustments for the change in zero and I simply change the zero when I switch it from gun to gun. |
