What would be a good set of (iron) night sights for the AR15?

I have searched to no avail.

What are your experiences, thoughts, etc?

I am interested in putting these on my KISS carbine so dependability is a must.  I know that the lamps will eventually dim so I want to make sure they will still be usable even when the glow is gone.

Thanks,

meprolite makes a front sight that is the same a conventional front site with a dot of tritium.   xs makes a dot and front sight with a white stripe and tritium insert.

Lots of choices.

Lots of folks seem to prefer a tritium front and a non-tritium rear with an A2 or larger short range aperture.  I've tried it both ways, and have no strong preference.  FWIW, I like the kind with the Tritium tube in the slot better than the ones with a hole below the top of the post.
